Review on Oak Creek Overlook Falls 55L Dry Bag Duffel: The Ultimate Waterproof Duffel Bag with Covered Pocket, PVC Construction, and Unmatched Gear Protection by Chris Spoja

I bought this bag for my motorcycle. It is as big as advertised (55L). I was able to fit clothes for 4 days as well as a backpack with a laptop. A bottom set of D-rings could have been used on the fitment to make it perfect for motorcycle use, but the top D-rings worked fine. This material isn't as heavy as other bike dry bags I've used and it showed some wear from the vibration of the ratchet straps while riding, but had no holes. I haven't been exposed to heavy rain during my trip so I can't vouch for the water resistance, but based on the build quality I have the impression it will be water resistant. For the money you can't beat this holdall and I would recommend it.
