Extremely disappointed/unsatisfied with my purchase. I have been using this system for many years and have never had any problems. I bought a new one because our old one had a crack on the bottom. This herb is TERRIBLE. Urine stays straight up instead of dripping into a bowl. We clean our tray every other day and as soon as we moved the weed we ended up peeing on our floor. I even tried cleaning the grass like we always do and we're still having the same problem. I triple checked to make sure it wasn't a different brand than in the past and it isn't. I would avoid this system
