I like that it is easy to use, has many features for different types of users/groups (e-mail notifications etc), you can set up alerts if people are not responding quickly enough or they don't have their login information handy at all times which helps keep track! Also makes tracking meetings much easier than having them in your calendar as well - so great option especially when traveling with clients who need access from home but also want some separation between work life vs personal time :) It's free too!! No specific dislikes yet other then maybe how long does an e mail take sometimes? But this may be because my email takes longer since we moved offices recently :( So far no complaints about any issues using our lobby software here either though do try out both options before deciding what works best fit into there needs / budget situation ;).
