Works well when kept together

I bought 2 of these to upgrade my heavy kitchen drawers. They arrived fairly quickly and looked good but NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS or screws. I hired a man to install them. The first worked fine, but the second kinda fell apart and there were little ball locks everywhere. Also, there is no customer service. You are from China, be careful. If I buy more, they must be made in America.
