Bought to check the quality and try as they look professional. Here are my results: Audio quality is rich and clear for both voice and tone. High and low frequencies are balanced for different genres. Connection is solid and overall performance is excellent. However, I found the audio to be lacking in decibels, which perhaps explains the sound quality. At higher levels, the sound tends to distort with most headphones I've tried, and Plantronics didn't want to risk that. I don't necessarily like listening to music loud, but I do like being able to crank the volume up when needed. Comfort and fit are perfect. I usually get tired from wearing headphones and feel like my ear canals are swollen or irritated. Not with this design. They feel comfortable, almost like my old Bose soundport. I've never had headphones that fit so perfectly and have tried Sennheoser, JBL, Jam, Audio Technica, Apple and a few other no-name headphones. I definitely recommend this to those who value their ears and want headphones with pure HD sound. I had to send mine back because the case lacked the necessary feedback that cheaper devices already have, namely an LED to tell you when the headphones are fully charged, battery level etc. I'm considering trying the new Jabra 75t and they don't work because I will buy them again.
