From the moment you hold this car mount in your hands you know that someone has taken the time to add quality parts, construction and design to produce this dependable car mount. Retractable Hook Design hook with retractable vent is great! I've never been more impressed with a car phone mount than this one. Criticism - The manual didn't mention how to install the optional fan transformer. I also found the suction cup mounting a bit annoying. since you have to wait 2-3 days until it lasts (luckily you can install the vent clip during this time), it didn't fall off despite my heavy pro max 12 and its case and the unmerciful august sunshine in Florida. Suggestion - my dash is slightly curved and the suction cup has lasted for a lifetime. Maybe you can think of a slightly curved cup? Seems crazy, but if someone can design it, you can.
