Let me start by saying that I am a 37 year old female who runs. an average of 30 km per week. The average pace is about 10 minutes per mile. My last three pairs of shoes were the Asics Glideride. I got severe back pain and decided I wanted a shoe that was more about comfort than speed and they delivered on both! I feel like they have fantastic support and have been really optimistic. I just finished my first five mile run in them and am happy to report that I have no back pain. Maybe I'll update it in a few miles but so far I'm thrilled with these shoes!
