I was skeptical and some of the reviews about their cards and phone falling out of the wallet shocked me a little but after a few days of using this wallet I have to say it's perfect for mine needs is . I usually carry various $50-$100 bills, my debit card, and driver's licenses/ID cards. I don't have a wallet full of business cards and old gas receipts so this money clip/card holder works great. Now if you work outside in the scorching sun all day, your money might get a little wet. I would suggest hiding it in your truck/car or somewhere else next to your bag if you are going to work hard. This magnet has absolutely no effect on my cards, I checked them all. (The packaging clearly states on multiple occasions that cards cannot be placed between the magnets.) I tested the IR blocker with a key card at work and it worked, but when I turned the wallet on its side where the card slot was , when it was addressed to the reader, he immediately picked it up with no problems. So I think it's working but if they channel it right they can still get you, I live in the south I don't think our criminals don't have this technology yet and they don't know how to use it if they were, so I'm not too concerned about that. I think I've got about 9-10 bills right now and this magnet won't let those bills go away unless you pull on it. I read reviews that some people thought the card slots were too narrow, they are very narrow and that's exactly what I wanted. I don't want my cards to slide around, I want to have to work with that sucker every time. This is how I know my cards are safe in my pocket. So yes, the card slots are tight, which is great for me. The leather feels good, I'm not a leather pro but it's nice because it's in my pocket 99% of the time. Very high quality, not cheap at all. Feels like I should have paid more than $15 for it to be honest. To be honest, having the wallet in your hands and using it and re-reading the negative reviews, it seems like they bought it thinking it would work like a typical wallet/note. This thing wasn't made for you folks who want to carry around all their credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, Pokémon cards, expired condoms, pointless receipts, and wrappers of gum. If you're just carrying around your DL, a debit card and some cash, this is the article for you.
