I couldn't be happier I bought this! I have a small area of pierced skin, albeit smaller than most, and all the rings I've had were too big for me to get stuck in my jeans or if I sat down it would be uncomfortable. I rubbed alcohol on the navel along with the ring and then moistened both with some rosemary oil or another small amount of oil. you want to use to help him slide a little easier. The only downside was when I first tried to unscrew the little ball on top it took me at least 2-3 minutes to get it off. In any case I love it!
