I had a very bad encounter with Woshilaocai. My ordered sneakers and clothing did not arrive as described on their website. The material was of bad quality, and the sizes were off. The jewelry I got was of poor quality and did not resemble the advertisements' pictures. I contacted their customer service department, but got no answer. After investing a sizable sum of money in their goods, it was upsetting not to get any assistance or support. In addition, the shipment took a lot longer than anticipated, which was very annoying. It is obvious that Woshilaocai lacks the tools needed to successfully carry out their orders. In conclusion, I would not advise anyone searching for fine clothing, shoes, or jewelry to visit Woshilaocai. This store is a very disappointing place to purchase because of the subpar goods, incorrect sizing, and lack of customer service. I advise locating a different business that respects its clients and offers high-quality services and goods.
