Review on Zoo Med Reptisun Terrarium Hood by Brian Chatum
Poor quality of aquarium lighting
After about 7 months of use the GFI socket it was plugged into started to disconnect. I unplugged everything in the circuit and checked the outlet. That wasn't the problem. started rewiring things and when I got to this light and turned on the UV light the GFI reappeared. I disconnected everything again and connected this hood first. The LEDs turned on and everything was fine, the UV lamp turned on and the circuit snapped again. Turned off the light, reset the outlet, plugged in the light and this time turned on the UV light first. POP. Tried several times and each time the chain broke. The hood light is not trustworthy.
