These bags are good for what I bought them for - reheating tortillas in the oven after they've been moistened with water, which the tortilla makers never tell you (I have only done this for corn tortillas since I use flour tortillas straight from the bag). They fit half a dozen Mission Street tacos, enough for a meal for one. I pulled the bag from the oven that was on top of the pizza pan and lowered the heat to melt some quesadilla cheese (you just need to set the oven to 225-250 degrees to melt the homemade quesadilla cheese), although I did have to use some cream cheese around the edges to keep the tortillas closed after putting some cheese in the center of the tortillas before folding them in half to put back in the oven on the same pizza pan. I'll see how the cleaning goes when I wash the dishes. But they work well for reheating tortillas if you can get a size that fits in the pouch (larger ones may need to be cut due to pouch size, so smaller ones are best used whole).
