YEARLY UPDATE: The coat is still in perfect condition after almost a year of use. All zippers are intact, the fabric is not torn. It still fits into a coat so going up a size was a good idea. It has adjustable straps around the cuffs as well as an extra piece of fabric, to tuck in the thumbs I use, to put on gloves when it snows, to keep the snow out of their sleeves. The lint inside is still in good condition and I recommend either tumble drying or air drying when drying to avoid ruining the lint. Overall I would buy again if I need a different size after it outgrows it, but if you have more children (only child) keep the old coat for them as it's worth holding on to. I figured if I was going to pay the price for quality then it should take a while. My son loves the coat (bought in his favorite color) and enjoys wearing it when we go outside.
