After trying blue light blocking glasses for the first time I am extremely satisfied with the results. These glasses reduce eye strain and headaches while using computers for long periods of time.The transparent lenses are fashionable and comfortable to wear. Although the glasses do help improve my screen time, they don't completely block out all blue light. However, overall these glasses have greatly improved my computer use experience..
