After reading previous reviews about sealing issues I decided to order this wine set hoping for the best. RIGHT IN THE BOX: The aerator seems to work well, but BARVIVO claims your wine tastes "3x better". Hm. Sounds a bit exaggerated to me, but time and experience will tell. I was also disappointed that the corks didn't close, almost no resistance between the two o-rings and the bottle opening. Therefore, a vacuum pump without sealing plugs is useless. Disappointed with this product on day one. The attached card states that issues will be resolved within 48 hours at support@barvivo.com. I just emailed them so we'll see what they say. Sequel follows. REPLY FROM BARVINO: Thank you for contacting us, I appreciate it. I'm sorry to hear the corks are too loose for your bottles. However, they should fit most 25-ounce bottles. Unfortunately we only have one size for our plugs. I would suggest you try a bottle with a narrower neck and see if it can hold the seal.
