Customer support at BAKAM is about as entertaining as a game of monopoly where some of the pieces are missing. I had a problem with a product that I had purchased not too long ago, and I contacted their support staff for assistance. What a blunder that turned out to be! The representative I spoke to was ineffective and didn't give a hoot about my problem in any way, shape, or form.
