It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

A few weeks ago, I went out and bought a new phone, and ever since then, I've been bravely attempting to overcome the hiccups that come with using a brand new device. Been in the service three times, and although they made changes, the bugs stayed in place! Outcome. I was let down by Samsung, became exhausted and irritable, and ultimately decided to purchase a phone made by a different manufacturer; I'll let you guess which one. I lost a significant amount of time, literally a few days of my life. It has come to my attention that by purchasing the A71, I have effectively wasted thirty thousand dollars. The "freezing" of the screen on a locked phone is the primary issue with the phone, as it completely defeats the purpose of having a phone in the first place. This can happen when the phone is locked and has not been used for a while; when you pull it out of your pocket, all of a sudden, the screen is black and it won't respond to any of your touches. The touchscreen has zero reaction to what is going on around it. This is especially frustrating when you get a call and all you see is a black screen instead of the caller's number and the "answer" button. At the same time, it is obvious that there is no way to respond because there are no buttons and the display is malfunctioning. And here you are, with a brick that has been ringing for thirty, standing stupidly and staring at a black screen, and the phone continues to tear itself there, the person is phoning, hoping. If you start hitting the side buttons at the same time, it will turn on (albeit not always immediately), but the call will be terminated. Such behavior is not acceptable for a brand that claims to be the primary competitor; nevertheless, it is understandable and even forgivable when it comes from a Chinese counterfeit purchased from AliExpress for three dollars. Samsung! Why are you selling phones that aren't finished? Do you think that the reputation, which we pay an excessive amount of money to maintain, is unnecessary at this point? Do not buy this phone, ladies and gentlemen, if you value your time and your nerves. Instead, think about whether or not you should purchase a Samsung. #samsungsellsbad #samsungnot stealingmylife #customers it's vital

Pros
  • If only it could be done, everything would be perfect!
Cons
  • When this happens, it is difficult to take any incoming calls since the touch screen becomes unresponsive.
