We needed and ordered a wiring harness for our trailer. It was easy to install. We only had one problem. We hooked up the left light, right light, and brake light, there was an extra wire marker for the parking light, and we couldn't figure out which car wire to attach it to. When we turned on all the lights to make sure everyone was working on the trailer, they did. Even though we didn't connect any of the wires, all the lights on the trailer worked. So we must have done something right. The lights on the trailer come on as soon as we turn on the headlights, the turn signals work, and when we apply the car brake, the brake lights on the trailer work.
