I find this does not remove all lip color in my collection. Some of them are about 80 or 90% removed, but the stain definitely remains. But it helps for most, and even for those who do not remove completely, at least remove the main lipstick. This is useful. I like to apply after lunch. If it's a long-lasting formula, it can be a little sticky and difficult to remove after 6 hours. Reapplying may look rude. This will help maintain a smooth surface for reapplication. It also works really well when I apply color in the morning and decide it doesn't suit the day. Removes without much friction and stains. So overall a good product and worth buying.
