The remote control is a perfect replacement for my worn out one. I programmed it after calling the tech support number (provided) with some pretty obscure instructions. Expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes on the line. If someone answers you, you can expect a rude and unfriendly voice on the other end of the line. I actually called twice, once for programming and another time about a technical issue with my remote start/van related to the actual remote control. This guy was rude too. He told me I needed to take my van to a dealer who installed the remote start system and rewired it. I called a friend, he came, disconnected the battery, reinstalled everything and everything was fine. Here you have their very rude not very smart tech support! If I hadn't called tech support I would have given the product 5 stars.
