Have been using this product for several years now. No more flimsy aluminum cake pans. I'm a baker and they bake cakes, crostats, pizza for the grandkids well. I wash by hand. They discolour in the dishwasher, but this does not affect their shape. I used them for a small amount of oven ie. Fish, garlic toast, warming dishes. I make toasted cheese in the oven, flipping it halfway to cook it evenly. My sweet potato pie is always a hit. If I give someone a cake or a crostat, I don't worry about returning it. It will make a great chocolate chip cookie or cake! I just bought more for Christmas baking. Great surface for kids to decorate their own cookies or cupcakes. Prevents splashes on the floor. I also make fondant in it. Enjoy.
