The best thing about this tool it that you can easily add your own fields for each of its modules without any issues or time delays which makes managing them easy! I wish there was an option where we could see what our customers are saying in realtime so they don't have as much trouble finding answers online when questions arise (or even before).
For example if someone were asking how long does one need their product after purchase vs use? We would be able give people information like "If within 30 days" but not until then because sometimes users want immediate help rather than waiting hours/days just hoping something pops up while searching through google etc.. Our customer service team always gets overwhelmed by all incoming calls at once especially during peak season times such summer months - now instead everyone knows exactly who needs assistance immediately!!
