The velcro on the straps don’t go far enough at all.
Overall this is amazing, and the quality is amazing. however i had the two strap waist trainer in a size large for post partum when i was 5’4 and about 160 lbs now that i’ve lost all my baby weight i figured a medium would be good but i should've gotten a small, i’m 5’4 130 lbs and i’m going to order a small. If you don’t want to be completely restricted like how i do don’t size down but i will say the bottom of this doesn’t bring you in at all so if that’s your problem area definitely size down
