I needed a cheap but high quality clothes hanger for my new apartment (I moved in a hurry and unexpectedly there is no closet in my room). The stand comes in a small box, which I could easily pick up myself! It took a while for my post office to receive the package as it requires a signature (it took 3 attempts to deliver!). Keep this in mind when ordering! It can be very difficult to send a show to a PO box if no one has subscribed to it. The assembly was very easy and uncomplicated. Inside the box is a small piece of paper indicating what should be in the box (all the pieces are labeled with a letter: ABCD etc. on the paper as well as on the plastic that each piece is packaged in). All the main parts are metal, ie top, sides and bottom (where the shoes are in the product photo). Connecting pieces (each in a corner) are made of durable plastic. The wheels are decent quality and roll well on carpet (my carpet is very flat so not sure how it will perform on thicker carpet). In general, the quality is very good! I was expecting a cheap and flimsy rack when I got the opposite. It holds my clothes well (as it should)! WHEN ASSEMBLING, MAKE SURE to insert the parts VERY firmly into the holes in the lower basket. The four rods that make up the bottom part should click into place as they are inserted into the holes. (First I didn't notice it when I assembled it until I pressed hard haha). This is the only thing that was generally weird or difficult to assemble. Would definitely recommend this to a friend or anyone who really needs a clothes rack! (Actually, I'll give this to my boyfriend when the summer is over and I don't need it anymore). Be sure to get this if you need extra storage for your clothes!
