Good lighting in a small package

The battery life of this rechargeable book light is amazing, I can keep it in my bag for weeks. I only charged it once and it has lasted for several weeks (with minimal use) and still gives enough light to read at night. It makes a nice late-night trip to the bathroom light! I like the fact that when you turn it on, the light is at its lowest brightness level. This ensures that I don't go blind as soon as I turn on the light. There are 4 small LED lights that give off enough brightness for reading. To turn the light on/off or change the brightness setting, simply press the power button a few times. It's not a quiet click, so using it at night can be a little annoying for those who are very sensitive to night noise. It's not super loud, but definitely noticeable. It's relatively small and fits in my backpack without taking up much space or adding weight to my bag. I attach it to a book stand for reading and it reaches out far enough to illuminate my pages. Tall books can be a problem and may need to be attached to the book itself or placed in front of the book on a table or desk. It has a non-slip area on the back of the clip so you can put it down instead of snapping it in place. There are two rubber pads between the scissors to protect surfaces from scratches and provide traction. I can put the clip on my finger and shake it a little and it won't come off. I think it offers a good grip and doesn't slip during use. I haven't had any issues with it moving or flexing on its own when positioned. I am very happy with this small but bright lamp.
