Nice little sauce wiper. Works perfectly. To clean it, I put it in the dishwasher. It was a little damp so I hung it up to dry. It might not be the best solution for a wooden handle, but I've put all my wooden utensils in the dishwasher and it's held up very well. Ideal for your family barbecue.
