Can't recommend these. They returned within an hour.

Tldr; I love Anker's customer service and have replaced all of my Bluetooth speakers, chargers, building blocks and batteries with Anker products, but I cannot recommend these headphones. Build quality doesn't top $80 or even $50 in my opinion. I've used them for a few hours and the sound is great, but there are too many major cons for me to use and enjoy. Pros - Discount for pre-order. - sound. Good sound. Good powerful bass and depths. The Soundcore app is very easy to use. Can change NC and EQ settings instantly. - It comes with a case. This should be the default. Rather than tossing a drawstring bag like other companies that only gets dirty, this soft shell case certainly offers enough protection in carry-on or when you're scooting over the back seat of a car. For the ones that bought them, try hitting the pause/play button twice. Mine activated Vol+/Vol- every time with no errors. If I press pause/play too hard the same thing happens randomly. Definitely an internal problem. I wish they had the same buttons as the Liberty Neos and not the cheap rectangles that stick out. In addition, the keystrokes are annoyingly loud. - Pillow. The pillows are terrible. The best way I can describe her feelings is the feeling of a cheap soft toilet seat that needs replacing. They are hot and soft to the touch. Not as plush as the pads on Razer headphones. Soft like worn bus seats. PUSH THESE EARPHONES. Check out another reviewer's video of them tilting their heads back and forth. I know it looks ridiculous, but it's serious what's going on. I have a pretty "normal" head, like a 25 year old 200 lb man, and they slip off my head just as easily as my wife's. If you need to look up quickly, they can slip completely off the back of your head. If you have to look down to tie your shoelaces, they will fall on your forehead or even cover your eyes. I've adjusted them tight and loose with the same results. - Noise reduction. Transparency and Normal sound the same. The noise cancellation on those noises is like having the air sucked out of your ears. I might have preferred Passive NC instead, but I felt the need to portray NC as cheating. It's just a nitpick, but a new "turn on" voice would be nice. Sounds too robotic. Also, my headphones were shipped via USPS in a flimsy package and the Q30's packaging was badly damaged. *Glad the headphones came with a case.*Overall the cons outweigh the pros and I hate the fact that they sound good with such poor build quality. I am sending them back and waiting for a redesign or maybe the next model. I wanted to try them at the gym but they are definitely not meant to suck.
