These things look and feel like they will last forever. They feel good in hand which I think makes cutting nails easier. The safety stop for the nails is better than a similar nail clipper I had before. The old set of nail clippers, the safety stop was too far away from the blade so sometimes I would still cut into the quick. This one, the stop is flush against the blades so it prevents over cutting better, you might have to cut the same nail twice to get it shorter, but I prefer that over accidentally cutting into the quick. You can move the safety stop out of the way completely as well if you need to make a big cut, but I prefer the added peace of mind with it in place.
