No customer support and it stopped working within 3 months!
Basically too long and heavy piece of junk. Has stopped working, called support, waited. It's too long unless you need to charge from the ceiling and weighs too much to be carried around comfortably. Make a different choice. This is definitely NOT a good cable replacement!
