Review on KIPA Carburetor Polaris Sportsman 1996 1998 by Dewey Tory

Too many problems with this stock carb, had to remove and install 4 X'S carbs to make it work. When we finally got it working, the performance dropped sharply and the adjustments didn't help. Our 4 day weekend in the desert was ruined as our Polaris wasn't reliable enough to travel far due to constant stops. Likewise, you have to go to Polaris, spend 350.00 and buy a Mikuni carburetor like the one on the quad. Yes this is a carburetor problem, if you just keep adjusting the carburetor it will work! I do not recommend this carb at all!
