I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

The most important plus for me is the compactness and low weight of the whale. Before that, I had an amateur DSLR, despite the excellent pictures, with its heaviness, it overshadowed more than one trip for me. It’s convenient to take Sonya with you not only for the sake of photographing some event, but also just for every fireman. It does not require a separate bag. I put it in a case and in my usual backpack. On the other hand, the kit does not provide a good focal range, so I have a 50-200mm zoom, its dimensions and weight are appropriate .
Of my native budget lenses, I liked the 35-ka. Sharpness is good, beautiful bokeh, focusing speed is better than on a whale, compactness.

Pros

- compact and lightweight kit. A huge advantage if you are used to carrying a camera with you everywhere and everywhere. - Large selection of lenses. When Sony first launched mirrorless cameras, the choice of lenses was negligible, but now there is a rather rich choice for cropped models. In addition, due to the lack of a mirror, the distance to the matrix is comparable to film cameras, so adapters for manual old-school lenses are small and almost invisible. - the number and location of manipulators. I switched from an amateur canon DSLR, and at first it was rather uncomfortable for me, but then I delved into it - now it’s even faster to change settings - there is a shoe for the flash and a built-in flash. - hybrid autofocus and a large number of focus points. Ensures accurate and fast focusing. In general, this is rather a plus over other mirrorless cameras, because. focusing speed is inferior even to an amateur DSLR. - swivel screen

Cons

- focusing speed is disappointing. The brochure said something along the lines of "the fastest focusing of all mirrorless *". It is clear that it is slower than DSLRs, but so much so. Especially fails on low-contrast objects, in low light. - swivel screen It’s good that it exists at all, but it only turns up and down (it’s convenient when you shoot “from the floor” or vice versa from above on an outstretched arm), but I would like it to turn sideways. - nfc, wi-fi + Sony's applications for android expand the capabilities of the camera.
