The repeater was taken to an apartment where the router and the computer are separated by 2 thick concrete walls with reinforcement inside. Because of this, the connection on the PC was regularly lost and fluctuated depending on the phases of the moon from 0.5 Mbps to 12 Mbps. With a repeater placed in the center of the apartment, communication breaks ceased to exist as such, and the data transfer rate is consistently kept at a decent level. Ping according to speedtest. Net is between 4 and 6ms.
- Ease of setup and stability of the repeater is extremely pleased. In a network where the router sends 40-55 Mbps over the wire, a stable 45 Mbps is kept through the repeater without communication drops.
