I used the first replacement brush for a week before all the bristles fell out halfway through brushing. It was very frustrating and made me sick for over a minute trying to fish them all out like tiny hairs in my mouth. The second broke after 3 days of use (see photo). I bought an equivalent Philips Sonicare E-series brand about a year ago and had similar issues, but thought I'd give it another try given the high ratings for this product. I won't make that mistake again. I will buy original Philips replacement heads from now on as I have never had any problems with them.
