Review on 🖤 Optimized Aveda Men's Pure-Formance Clay Grooming Jar, 75 ml/2.6-Ounce by Ashley Gomez

A super mattifying product that gives a light and natural look and feels like "no product on the hair". It's super easy to scoop, apply and style and smells amazing like all other Aveda products and that's the only reason I really keep using it. The obvious problem with this product and my hair type is hold and control. This product is very weak in these two categories and absolutely NOT as strong as advertised. However, I found a solution. I simply add unscented Strong Hold Hair Clay (Everyman Jack Hair Clay) to this product for extra hold and control and the problem is solved. I have short, wavy, coarse hair with natural texture and body, but tends to have flyaways. If you have the same hair type I would not recommend this product without using a stronger hold product to mix with it. Although the smell is great ;)
