So far, so good! I just can't use the included DisplayPort cable

I've had this monitor for about a week now and bought it with my first gaming PC build so I need a higher refresh rate. But I also wanted it to be good for work and everyday use, so I was looking for an (affordable) IPS panel, not TN or VA. And I love it so far! I've never owned a monitor this big before and while I'm not a monitor expert I'm really impressed (especially for the price!) The picture is sharp, bright and with great colours. I've been using it for gaming and 144Hz runs smooth and Adaptive Sync still works with no issues (I have an RTX 2060 so it's compatible). Let's move on to some minor downsides. One thing I would like to say is that after my build was complete I was unable to get the PC to boot using the DisplayPort cable (whether it was connected to the rear I/O or a port on my graphics card). While this initially bothered me with my build, I immediately replaced the DP cable with an HDMI cable. Unlike some other monitors, 144Hz works over HDMI, so I'm not worried about using that instead (I've since tried reconnecting the DP cable, switching the input mode on the monitor to DP, and the monitor always does can't show picture yet .) Due to the somewhat wobbly base, the monitor also wobbles a little when I type on the keyboard or bump into the table. But if you are planning a VESA mount, you will not have this problem. Overall I am happy with this monitor! And the sound of the speakers is not bad in my opinion.
