Good: The chair arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and is definitely designed for slightly taller users like me. The included pillows are decent (if a bit stiff) and help with better posture. The good: The armrests aren't very firm, the adjustment levers require some work and finally very little height adjustment, but that might not be a big deal. Deal with some. Bad: Ordered a chair in July 2019 with build tag 2019-04. Last week under normal use (rear back locked at 90 degrees) and well below the advertised weight limit (200lbs) the back gave way and tipped backwards almost causing injury from the table being behind a chair. A closer look reveals that two spot-welded retaining bars hold the backrest in place when rocking back and forth - in other words, the backrest lock is just a hint and doesn't hold the position. This made the chair unusable. I contacted KLIM support via their official support page, despite a slight delay due to apparent technology issues, they were helpful and asked for details to either replace the defective part (due to running out of stocks of full chairs in the US) or one full refund funds.
