Review on Enhanced Performance and Convenience: EASYTONE T95Z Plus Android TV Box 3GB 32GB with Dual-Band Wi-Fi, Octa-Core Processor, and Wireless Backlit Keyboard Remote by Doug Nelson

02/01/2018 Today I received T95Z Plus. I quickly connected everything and started testing performance, usability and preinstalled applications. I'm happy to say that the box worked well. The 3/32 storage is a very nice upgrade from my 2/16 lollipop boxes. After the above prelims I updated KD Player (Kodi) from 17.5 to 17.6 and added my favorite Kodi build which is large and a little slow on my current boxes. However, the build runs very smoothly and is slightly faster on the T95Z Plus, as is my IPTV service. Update 01/03/2018: I contacted EASYTONE about a problem with the remote control. Lily from EASYTONE solved my problem by immediately ordering a different remote control. The replacement remote control is actually better than the original remote control. Lily also provided a copy of the order and an estimated date of arrival. The replacement remote was received within the promised timeframe and works very well. Since I had a lot of experience with Android boxes and following the technical steps that are usually required to fix this type of problem, I couldn't get the box to get up. I contacted Lily at EASYTONE again, explained the problem, got further help from Lily to get the box back online, but we were unable to do this. This is where EASYTONE and Lily really shine as salespeople. EASYTONE sent me a completely new setup via Lily without any problems. The replacement arrived a day earlier than the estimated date. I was able to get the new box working again with my additional changes (minus the rogue APK that was causing the issue) and everything is fine. I would like to thank EASYTONE for making it so easy for me to solve my problems. However, it was Lily's quick, polite, and efficient responses that made this whole episode so smooth. I am very happy with this purchase and EASYTONE as a seller.
