I like the speakers in the speaker department

I bought these speakers for my living room I like them now as I am trying to figure out how to control the volume on them I went and bought a Bluetooth Channels from Best say I can get sound from my TV but I can't adjust the volume. I changed my settings on my Samsung Smart TV and I still can't control the volume.
