First class pots when used correctly.
These pots are great for heating liquids, boiling water, heating soups and stews and so on. They heat up quickly, do not leach toxins into food and are very easy to clean. One gripe - the lips don't taper, so it's very difficult to pour liquid out of them without spilling at the end. But that's a minor complaint. I do not use this cookware for steaming, cooking for a long time or heating up solid food, as the contents burn easily. And since they're glass, I try to heat the pans slowly and not expose them to sudden temperature changes. But when used properly, I find them very safe, healthy and convenient to complement the cast iron and porcelain cookware I use for roasting, baking and cooking.
