I bought these to protect my hands while riding an electric skateboard. They're definitely not the warmest gloves, but that wasn't my top priority. They did their job well. I felt more confident on my board and I think any protective gear should do that and also protect you if something goes wrong. Luckily I didn't have a major stain on the board so I wasn't sure if they would protect my palms at 30mph. The colors are beautiful, they came when expected. They fit me according to the size grid. The main disadvantage is that they don't last long. I've had my pair for about a month now and have washed them once in the washing machine and they are already fraying at the velcro and unraveling in the seams of my thumb and forefinger. It was a good starting pair, but they are not designed to last all season.
