Disappointed with shaving and hair removal products

I don't know why there are so many good reviews. Maybe my tweezers are kinda bad, but these are the worst tweezers I've ever used! Is always! You only get hair if it's long. There is no exact plucking at all. When you squeeze them together, the plucked end actually separates! I am so disappointed
