This is apparently news to sunscreen manufacturers, but not everyone who spends time outdoors is looking to smell of coconut. Some of us cannot wear manufactured scents at all. Two billion people in 2021 suffer from chronic migraines; 95% of those have a sensitive sense of smell (and 85% of those, by the way, are women), and I'm one of those. It wasn't always this way - I used to love perfume - but now I can only stand certain pure essential oils.So this may be the best sunscreen ever, but I just can't put it anywhere close to my nose to find out. The smell of coconut just from the open tube is overpowering. If they come out with an unscented version, I'm happy to give it a try, but until then, I just can't use this.I also have to comment on "reef safe." Although none of the ingredients listed in this product have been banned recently by such reef-sensitive islands as Hawaii, the term "reef safe" is not defined or regulated by the industry, a regulatory agency or any nature group. To be environmentally supportive, check with local authorities before swimming while wearing this or any other sunscreen.
