The mouse works very well. The only thing the description says is that each button is programmed with software, but no button programming software is provided, just a driver. So far there is no good answer from the manufacturer. UPDATE::: OK didn't really get a response from the manufacturer, but another user said that the software download on the manufacturer's website now contains the correct software. I've made sure it's true. (I got this from another user who said he got it from a website.) I want you to turn off the lights or make them one color. SO:: I like this mouse now that it's solved. Still no 5 stars because of not very good customer service.
