All parts came in a cardboard envelope with no packaging. There is a connector on one end of the light filament to connect to the power supply, and the other end is just a cut wire! There is about 2 inches of wire sticking out of the last LED which is just cut - no insulator, no cap, just cut leaving a direct open contact to power. This product is an accident waiting in the wings!
