Cute but don’t expect lid to work

Jar is cute. Sturdy, no chips, and paint is flawless. Wooden top is solid with rubber band around the rim. But when lid is pressed into the jar the lid slowly pops back out. Even after adjusting the rubber band, changing quantity of stuff inside the jar it would not stay down. It’s still cute but if you want a secure lid to protect the contents of the jar, this is not the jar for you. (Side note- found a jar with secure lid at Home Goods and works like a charm).
