The clock is beautiful, but not really practical if you use it not only as a decoration but also as a time display. The reason is that he looks like he has 5 arms! Yes, 5. Two normal, plus an alarm hand (useless in my case since I don't use the alarm function), plus a second soft sweep that's sooooo long and fits nicely on the other half of the dial, giving the impression of a different hand . So instead of just glancing at the clock to see the time, I have to stop and actually "find out" what time it is. A little trouble if you ask me. The silent scrolling feature is pretty cool. The fact that the two main hands do not light up at night, as the product description claims, is not the case.
