Overall I'm really impressed. The lack of a suction cup means it can withstand the desert heat without falling off the dashboard. It also stays away from the vent so it doesn't block my air conditioner. I wish the arms were a little longer and the height adjustment had 1 more notch. I also really like the flexibility of the joints, but I'd like them to be firmer because sometimes they move when I hit a bump. Update: I took some sandpaper and roughed up the ball joints and bushings. It stops moving when I hit bumps. This solves many problems but shows that the vent clip is not strong enough. After a few days of riding I found that it was separating from the vent and falling off. so that the ball joints are the same size. I had to use the sandpaper trick above to increase the stiffness of the joints, but now it feels very solid without sacrificing the flexibility that the joints offer. Now it definitely won't come loose from the vent clip! Ideal!
