Very good software to manage your contact centre operations

I like how easy it was for our end users (call center agents)to use this solution during their shift changeover time! There were no issues or problems encountered while using these services when we first started out but as of now there are some minor glitches which can be easily resolved by contacting customer support team at zeposoft@zeta-solutions who have been very helpful thus far!! Definitely recommend!! We used Zoiper Services so they helped us solve various call routing related queries/issues faced previously from other providers such Call Center Routing Solution Provider Software Solutions.

  • Can accommodate high volume traffic without any hiccup's.Easy to learn, deploy & maintain works reliably 24x7 hours ! :)
