I was sent another product that has a headphone jack and a Lightning cable (for audio and simultaneous charging). What I ordered was only supposed to have a headphone jack. The product sent does not work properly. This causes a rapidly developing dull noise in a listener that persists as the audio is played and stopped. This is very annoying and renders the product unusable. In addition, my headphones allow me to change the volume with some buttons on them, but this device causes the headphones volume control not to work. I need to change the volume from my phone. The latest Lightning to Jack headphone converter I've used didn't have this problem.
