I bought this product because of my lower back injury. I was used to sleep on my back or stomach. After wearing the backpack over a week, my body finally gets used to it. First, I really love its air inflated design, I travel a lot because of my job. The design really minimizes my baggage space, so I can easily bring with me during traveling. Second, I appreciated the material of this product, it is soft and comfortable. And, it did a great its to stabilize my sleeping position. There is one thing I would like to suggest is that the manufacturer can do little modifications to the straps over shoulder. So, it will be more comfortable to wear overnight. Overall, the product is great.
